We were clients of Mrs. Garcia to sell our house in Northern Virginia. We had met with several realtors and all of them did not impress us. They told us it was a bad time to list (December), valued our house very low, pulled comps from very different neighborhoods, and expressed a general ambivalence and lack of enthusiasm toward selling our house. Allison was recommended to us and impressed us right away with her knowledge of our neighborhood, the current market, and target buyers, along with bringing an infectious excitement to the process. She hit the ground running with a plan of attack to list and market out house. She kept us well informed throughout and was flexible and accommodating when we needed her to be. We worked through a few challenging moments together which she was always honest, factual, and kept us anchored with reality. Allison has a very friendly and effervescent personality but could become a real tough fighter for us when it came time for hard negotiations with prospective buyers and their realtors.
